Optima Speech Therapy Hi, I am Kate, a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist. I give immediate access to Speech and Language Therapy which makes all the difference to the children I help. Optima Speech Therapy is helping families support speech difficulties is hugely rewarding. As a therapist, I know the massive difference home practice makes to therapy working, but as a Mum, I understand how hard it is to fit everything into your busy life normally without adding therapy appointments! I also know that as a Mum I would do anything to help my children. I wanted to tackle this issue by making home practice as easy and quick as possible. Little and often rather than marathon sessions are my aim. I started making highly focused quick activity sheets and got great feedback from families!
