About Us My inspiration for this business and the knowledge that I could provide value, insight, and guidance to business owners came from an experience at my previous job. I had joined a small 3-person company having just completed my second degree, this time in Industrial Engineering. This company was mainly wholesale and had a small revenue stream from their online shop, built on Squarespace. I could see how hard we were all working and that our online store was an untapped resource, my feeling was it could really shine. Previously I had been working freelance designing physical customer experiences for retail, for places like The Happy Pear in Greystones, High Mood Food in London, and an internship with Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen. So I already had the skillset (including my first degree in Product Design), experience and principles that I’d been developing to work with. I asked my boss if I could take full responsibility for the online store and within 3 months we had doubled our online sales and had much happier customers who told their friends about us. This foundation was a massive lifesaver when the pandemic hit and our entire wholesale business completely stopped. During this time our online store’s conversion rate was over 11% and we were able to keep the business ticking over. My Process.
