Who is Keith McLaughlin Web Design? Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. I have more than 15 years of web design & development experience. Originally I attended college for Architectural Studies & CAD but then moved on to Desktop Publishing and from there to Web Design. I am a self-thought web designer & developer. I learnt HTML and CSS first. After that, I started to learn ASP but the web industry started to move away from using it and more towards Javascript and PHP. So I needed to learn those. Once I learned the basics of PHP I started to learn about database interactions between PHP and MySQL. The web is continually evolving and the programming languages evolve very quickly. I always strive to stay up-to-date with emerging techniques and technologies like responsive web design, AJAX, and APIs, to name but a few.
